Our Story
Owning and running a full demolition company as a minority business was a 24/7 task, but once I realized there was more to life than just working, my husband and I decided it was time to start a family. I understood that the long hours dedicated to the business would make it difficult to raise and spend time with our family. Welcoming our first child was extremely important, so the decision to start a business where I could still use my knowledge and expertise in the construction industry, while being an asset to those who were once my competitors, was an easy one. Transitioning to the expediting side was smooth, and I quickly acquired many clients, with all recommendations coming by word of mouth. Our business mission is to support our clients regardless of the challenge, guiding them through the entire process if necessary. Our values are to be kind, be present, and be honest.

Flory is an ambitious and dynamic business owner who upholds the highest standards and values. She believes that customer service, honesty and respect are the keys to a successful business. With over 30 years in the construction industry, she persevered through a predominantly male industry. Her perseverance and dedication has not only contributed to her own success but has also paved the way for other women in the industry. She is proud to have opened doors for future generations of women. As a mentor to both of her children, Flory instills these same values, guiding them with the wisdom and experience she has gained throughout her career.
Vivian Henao

Vivian was born in Costa Rica and moved to the USA at a young age where she quickly adapted to her new environment. With a background in sales within the gift industry, Vivian never imagined that her skills would translate into the construction industry. However, her ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and manage complex projects laid the foundation for her success on this unexpected career path over the last twenty years. Vivian, now an expert in the field, takes great pride in her work and finds immense satisfaction in the collaborative nature of her role.
Alexandra Sheridan
Class 1 Filing Representative
Alexandra began her journey with Expedite Dem in 2015 as a part-time employee while pursuing her college degree, she quickly became an integral part of the team. Upon earning her Bachelor's of Science in 2018, Alexandra joined the team full-time. Since then, she has been dedicated to assisting clients with the highest level of service. Working alongside a team of strong, minority women has been a source of empowerment for Alexandra. She thrives in this environment and is eager to embrace new challenges, always looking for ways to grow professionally and contribute to the success of Expedite Dem.
